COVID-19 Update: June, 2nd 2020
Resumption of Showroom Hours – Due to current circumstances concerning the COVID-19 outbreak and in compliance with CDC and other governmental agencies, Heritage Fireplace & Design has decided to reopen its retail store on a limited basis. We will be open by appointment only. Please call our main office at (616) 949-4466 to schedule your appointment. If you prefer, we can arrange a virtual design consultation from the comfort of your own home! Call for details.
***Per the Governor of the State of Michigan, masks will be REQUIRED for entry into our establishment. If you have a medical condition that will not allow for a mask to be worn, please call our showroom so we can arrange an appointment that will allow you to safely enter our showroom.
***If the situation is to arise where our showroom is at the maximum acceptable capacity, we will close the doors until numbers are reduced. Please ring bell and we will gladly assist you if proper COVID safety precautions and capacity will allow.
We will continue Placing and Picking Up Will Call Orders – Heritage Fireplace will continue to take orders for Will Call and our staff is available to assist you when you arrive to pick up your order. To place an order please call (616) 949-4466 and one of our sales associates will be happy to help. To ensure the safety of our customers and employees, we are temporarily asking customers who do not have credit terms with Heritage Fireplace to pay for their orders in advance. By doing so we can retrieve your order and load your vehicle without having to process your payment. This minimizes contact with our personnel and gets you on your way as quickly as possible!

ABOUT US
The team at Heritage Fireplace is well versed in all facets of hearth product applications. Since we use our own employees for installation, we are constantly training to stay abreast of all safety requirements as well as idea trends.
We will explain the entire installation process to you and welcome your questions. We feel that an informed customer makes a better decision based on their own unique interests.
Our sales/support team has been respected members of the hearth products industry with each member having over 20 years experience. Our installation teams are licensed mechanical contractors and have many years of hands-on experience.
