Our Knowledgeable Sales People
When you determine that a fireplace is in your homes plan, our
sales staff will be able to show you the differences between wood burning, wood & gas
combinations or all gas. With over 30 fireplaces on display, we can explain each style and
show you the benefits of each. With this information, you can make the right decisions for
your project. We can show a variety of decorative trims and accessories to make the
selection uniquely yours.
After an estimate cost is given and keeping your timeline in mind,
an experienced Heritage Fireplace professional will go out to the location to confirm the
estimate, making sure that the venting and safety will not be compromised. We also can
suggest alternate locations and venting options if requested or required.
After your acceptance of our proposal, we work with your framing
crews to make sure the frame shell for the fireplace is correctly built.
If your home has a chase, a box built for the chimney, above the
roof line, our trained installers will measure it for a custom made galvanized metal top.
Our chase tops are built off site by local metal shops. The corners are sealed and all
seams are hemmed to eliminate any corrosion or bleeding down the siding. Powder coating
this top to add a touch of color or to create a low-profile appearance is often considered
for custom homes.

Theirs Ours
Our experienced installers will install the fireplace when
scheduled and call for your inspections.
Prior to the project being completed, Heritage will come back to
prep the fireplace. This includes minor touch ups and cleanings, installing all chosen
accessories, and test burning any gas fireplace. Once completed, your warranty begins.
